Welcome to my page. I’m so glad you are here and I hope that you find something within this site that feeds your heart!
This blog was born from sharing our faith through my son’s cancer journey after he was diagnosed with stage IV solid tumor cancer (Rhabdomyosarcoma). The day we heard, “Cooper has cancer”, started a three-year cancer battle and a life full of tears, pain, gratefulness, so many hugs, trauma, and learning to live through grief, all with an element of hope.

My husband and two boys and I, navigated through the rough waters of treatment, scans, separation, balancing work, hospitals, and home and just after three hard fought years, Cooper joined hands with Jesus and walked out of that hospital, whole and healthy and forever twelve years old.
What This Precious Life Has to Offer
This blog was put on my heart as a way to help others. Originally, it was intended for moms (or dads) going through the childhood cancer journey, but after Cooper won his battle, the focus included child loss, grief, and trauma.. and hope.. and learning to live through the grief.
